Our Team

Ravi Saberwal - Chief Executive Officer

Ravi’s vision for Learning Path is to build a world class human capital solutions organization whose services meet the highest management standards. He believes that most growing sectors in India face a unique crisis today; that of lack of skilled manpower. He has established Learning Path with a view to address this need.

Ravi possesses a cumulative cross- domain experience of over 37 years in the fields of sales & marketing, advertising and consulting. Starting his career with Andrew Yule & Co., over the years he has performed many roles; right from sales professional to national level positions and leadership roles. Over these years, he has gathered immense knowledge and experience in the areas of competitive marketing, organization development and people and process management.

He has a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T), Kharagpur and an M.B.A. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.

Vidula Mehendale - Chief Training Officer

Vidula comes with a rich experience in the hospitality, consulting and training industry. After having completed her hospitality education from Asia’s best and most recognized hotel school (Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Mumbai), she started her career with The Park Group of Hotels as a management trainee.

As a corporate trainer with Hero Mindmine Institute (part of the prestigious Hero Honda group) she has designed and delivered a plethora of corporate programs on various topics such as: Effective business communication, English communication skills, Customer service excellence, and Contact centre management.

Her passion to constantly learn, and share such learning led her to being selected to deliver the Train the Trainer program at all HMM centres pan-India. She has conducted training interventions for over 4000 personnel till date for organizations like: Airtel, ITC Infotech, Mphasis, Accenture, IBM, Infosys etc.

Dheeraj Saberwal - Director - Client Relations

At Learning Path, Dheeraj is busy building new client relationships, strategic tie-ups and also handles the company’s business operations.

Dheeraj Saberwal, a specialist in strategic marketing, is at the forefront of Learning Path’s business development effort. Having been a part of leading organizations like Bates India, ABN- AMRO Bank, ICICI Prudential and Planmann Consulting, he is particularly good at forging strong relationships with our clients and supporting them in achieving their organizational goals.

After his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Dheeraj also completed a specialized course on media communications from Webster University. He holds an MBA degree in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi.
